Our story

Huntsman Ventures was founded by Nathan Peterson and Mehdi Sinaki, who met at The Wharton School. Nate brings decades of founding, acquiring, owning and running businesses; Mehdi brings decades of investment structuring and transaction experience. Together we buy companies we understand, structure deals that work for sellers and investors, and help the businesses we own get better.
